About Meal Planner

Meal Planner is a small set of free meal-planning tools for households, busy cooks and fitness meal-preppers. You type; your browser does the rest.

How it works

Every tool on this site is a client-side program: all meal-grid math, grocery tallies, nutrition lookups and budget sums run as JavaScript in your browser. There is no server that receives anything, no account to create, and nothing stored between visits except what you explicitly keep (your plans, lists and diaries live in your browser's own storage). Every tool runs locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded, no accounts, no tracking.

Offline & installable

The site is a PWA: install it to your home screen or desktop and it keeps working with no internet — handy in the store aisle with spotty reception and in the kitchen with messy hands. Your plan never depends on a connection.

Print-first design

Every printable is designed for US Letter and A4: weekly meal grids, categorized grocery lists with checkboxes, 4×6 recipe cards, prep plans, pantry inventories, food diaries and budget summaries. Export clean PDFs right from the browser — the PDFs are generated on your device too.
